Dear Sir/Madam

Account No:

I am writing to inform you that is technically insolvent and therefore ceased trading on .

The company does not have enough money or assets to go into liquidation and therefore invites creditors or members to issue winding-up proceedings, should you wish to do so.

If creditors or members do not take formal winding up proceedings, I intend to apply for strike off under s1003 Companies Act 2006 after a period of three months from the above date.

Yours faithfully
